Great property for family, couple, or small group
This unique farmhouse style home is a great choice for travelers and an excellent venue for gatherings by local residents. It has easy access but the property has abundant trees and is secluded from nearby roads and homes for privacy. The interior, baths, and kitchen are updated but maintain a pleasant farmhouse feel. The host had it perfectly clean and well stocked. It has a bonfire pit and a smaller fire pit for outside gatherings and the hot tub was immaculately clean, heated, and ready for use when we arrived. Kids can enjoy swings and slides. We used it for a small gathering where about a dozen guests gathered during the day and six spent the night. Could not have been happier with property or hosts.
Under the circumstances in which I arrived Kathy made sure to do everything possible to make it a good stay. I hope to go back and maybe she will remember me and help with the next stay because I really was happy with the overall service she offered.

Kathy was communicative at all times. When I brought to her attention that some amenities weren’t accurately disclosed in the summary of Persimmon Place, we understandably came to an agreement of restitution.
She verbally expressed her appreciation of my feedback ~ especially towards cleanliness and maintenance.
The 3 bedrooms are on the second floor with steep wooden stairs ~ even our dogs were cautious about going up and down. Handrails were present.

The house was so lovely It fit my family need perfectly. Made our vacation very enjoyable had everything we needed helped us pack light. We would definitely air b&b again 😇😇😇

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Persimmon Farm. Very private, pet friendly, awesome house , bird watchers paridise and super host.

Such a cute unique home. We were in town for a wedding and needed a location to cook & get the bridal party ready the day of.
This home provided ample space just for that. Spacious counters, plenty of bathroom space for 5 woman to get ready, and wonderful windows for natural light while we had our hair & makeup done.
I just wish I was able to spend more time at the home & enjoy the yard. There was so much running around pre wedding, I would have loved to just sit out on the porch and hung out with my family.

Amazing home and a very quiet street! This home was great and fulfilled everything me and my work crew were looking for. Kathy is very helpful and a pleasure to communicate with with easy check in to fast response. Would definitely try to stay again when in the area.
